Building Opportunities Thru Golf and partners Swing Tree Golf, Fairwinds Golf Course , and First Tee of the Gold Coast have introduced golf to over 400 children in the treasure coast.

Meet Aryanna Sanchez, a student who was introduced to golf at the age of 12 years old, as a method to grow her independence skills. Her consistency in her golf game allowed her to sprout into a high school golfer at Lincoln Park Academy. In addition, she has grown confident in her everyday life with the teachings from BOTG. Furthermore, Sanchez has earned awards in her golf career and extracurricular activities such as Most Improved Player, 3rd Year Varsity Athlete, and Principals Honor Roll.

Meet Annery Abreu, at the age of 10 years old she was introduced to the game of golf. Quickly enjoying golf, she became focused on accomplishing her dreams of becoming a first-generation college student. By playing golf, Annery was able to enroll and play golf at Chowan University. Moreover, the teachings at BOTG have allowed her to achieve awards at golf tournaments. Annery is also a new junior golf instructor who is actively working on furthering her education in both golf and law.
